Introduction to Arduino
Ever heard of Arduino? Its a micro controller that can do anything!!!! This class will demystify the Arduino micro controller through hands-on work in the lab creating simple and exciting projects.
The Arduino is a versatile resource for physical projects for students in all disciplines. This course brings students over the beginner’s threshold to a basic understanding of the use, terminology, and potential of the Arduino.

The class fee includes an Arduino Board, all the necessary electronic components to make the class projects, and a digital copy of “Arduino for Beginners“, total value of $45. You may use your own laptop (please install this software before the class) or use our laptops for the class.
A good understanding of basic electronics is required to take this class. We encourage you to take our “introduction to Electronics” before taking this class.
Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance to secure your place in the class. Call the MakerLab 970-259-9234 (ext 105) if you are signing up within 24 hours of the class. We can not accept any walk ins, You must be registered for the class isn advance in order to take the class.
If a cancellation is received at least 3 full days before an event / class begins, a refund will be issued for the tuition amount minus a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received fewer than 3 full days before the first day will not be refunded. Full fees will be refunded if the MakerLab cancels an event / class . We will notify participants the day of if an event / class does not fill.
