Electronics Lab cleanup and Inventory

The electronics lab is in need of organization. I'd like to inventory what we have, sort things, and properly label the drawers and shelves.

We can also talk about what we'd like to do with the lab, for instance adding LEDs to all the drawers to indicate where a searched component can be found.
