The Wazer uses high-pressure water and garnet abrasive to cut almost anything. It is an amazing tool that is also complicated and finicky. In this 2-part class (both mandatory) you will first learn how to use the Wazer to cut, then have a guided first cut of your own. This is an advanced class and has several pre-requisites to prevent massive downtime and maintenance cost that is common with new users' first cuts. However, once you have learned to operate the machine properly, you can cut glass, tile, stone, stainless steel, almost any plastic, copper, foam, carbon fiber and the list goes on.

To get the registration code for the class, Use Slack to DM Kim Harms your confirmation that you will attend both classes, a list of MakerLab CNC machines that you are already trained and comfortable using, and a simple 3"x3" design to cut in the second class. After registration, you will be sent homework to be completed before the first class.
