Join us for this jewelry open studio session as we explore the art of handmade chain making. Settle into the meditative rhythm of creating chain by hand, from simple non-soldered styles to more complex soldered designs.
We’ll be working in copper and brass to learn techniques you can easily transfer to silver in your own practice. A $5 materials fee (cash or Venmo) covers the use of copper and brass during the class, or you’re welcome to bring your own copper, brass, or silver wire if you prefer. Open to all levels, this session welcomes anyone interested in learning, experimenting, and making.
