Glass Tile Hot Casting Workshop Session III

With help from this years Lodger Tax Grant I will be giving a glass hot casting class to the public. 50 participants in all will be split into 2 workshops. The first workshop will be held on Nov 7th during First Friday Events and open to outsiders to watch the process while 25 participants work with artist Lucy Olechowski directly to create a glass tile for a larger sculpture that will be donated to Durango City Police Department.

All students must have pre-registered with Lucy personally via EmptyTheCupStudio@gmail.com by Nov.1st.

Each student will have a preliminary sketch worked out on a 4" x 4" paper prior to the class.

Classes are limited to 8 student/2hr session

Session I: 12-2pm 

Session II: 3:30-5:30pm

Session III: 7-9pm
