An introduction to the woodshop. We'll go over safety, goggles, hearing protection, etc. and be shown the dust collection system, access to manuals, and cleanup protocol. You will use some of the tools to demonstrate function. Tools include miter saw, jointer, planer, table saw, table router, and drum sander. You will be introduced to the cnc router and learn how to sign up for future classes. Bring your ideas or sketches of your next project and we will look at the tools you will need.
