In this class, we will run through the basic operations of our brand new 3D Scanner! 3D scanning can save a ton of time in the iterative design process, allowing you to quickly capture, edit, and re-create complex part geometries. We'll cover when to use blue light vs. infrared, and tips and tricks for getting a good scan to work off of.
*Some basic knowledge of 3D Printing, CNC Routing, and/or CNC milling is recommended for this class, as those are the tools which can really benefit from a 3D Scan of an object.
