Do you have an interest in learning to use a metal lathe? The MakerLab has a mini-lathe that needs some maintenance and infrastructure support to return to service. Mike Kingan and I are hosting a metal lathe "focus group" meeting to determine what repairs, parts, and support is needed to bring this lathe back up to working order. If you are willing to play a role with this process we would love to have you join us Saturday, April 20th from 2-3 PM to establish an initial plan.
