An introduction to the woodshop. We'll go over safety, goggles, hearing protection, etc. Use of the dust collection system, access to manuals, cleanup protocol. We'll fire up some of the tools to demonstrate function. Tools include table saw, table router, drum sander, jointer, planer, bandsaw, miter saw, sanders, and an overview of the cnc router. Bring your ideas or sketches of your next project and we will look at the tools you will need.
