Strategic Planning Session

There will be a Strategic Planning Session and Board Meeting in the upstairs area. During that time we ask that no one schedules noisy things in the upstairs area. From 4pm to 6pm we will be strategizing with all of our Stewards and Board Members, if anyone is curious about the process let us know so we can set up a stream of it. Anyone who would like to directly observe is welcome to, but we ask that Stewards and Board members be given preference to state their ideas first so we can keep things moving along. If  anybody has anything they would like to add regarding strategic goals, please DM @brandonjwlt on Slack before Sunday the 17th and I will try to get it all included. From 6pm to 9pm we are requesting that the Board be given time to deliberate and distill everything down into actionable items.
