Introduction to Electronics:
This class has been designed to teach you the basics of electronics. It is a hands on class that focuses on building simple and exciting circuits.
During the class, you will learn:
- All about basic components, where and why to use them.
- Circuit layout and best practices.
- Soldering techniques
- Desoldering Techniques
You will learn at your own pace and have the opportunity to select projects that best meet your leaning ability.
This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning how to create electronic circuits. The class is also a perfect starting point if you want to jump into the world of Arduino!
Class fee includes all consumables for the class and for you to take home.
Please arrive on time, the class will start at 6pm sharp.
Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance to secure your place in the class. Call the MakerLab 970-259-9234 (ext 105) if you are signing up within 24 hours of the class. We can not accept any walk ins, You must be registered for the class isn advance in order to take the class.
If a cancellation is received at least 3 full days before an event / class begins, a refund will be issued for the tuition amount minus a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received fewer than 3 full days before the first day will not be refunded. Full fees will be refunded if the MakerLab cancels an event / class . We will notify participants the day of if an event / class does not fill.
